Portuguese claims over Olivença, for example, are based in the Congress of Viena, in the Act of Paris and in the UN’s Chart of Algiers….What does legitimatate any alleged spanish right over Gibraltar!?

I knew that trough a Spanish comment or text in the net(or in Youtube, I don´t remember)

“This hypothesis of Gibraltar was really yes, unhappyly”
I refer the secret agreement(hypothesis) about Portugal of course, not Gibraltar subject, that Spain legitimately dispute and claims.

Caro Nadador:
I said respecting Serraño Suñer, but also respecting Franco of course.
This hypothesis of Gibraltar was really yes, unhappyly. The Portuguese Historians also speak about this. Franco also had a project made by him in the military Acadamy about an invasion in 24 hours(They said(?)), but I believe that it was only one intellectual work, but all these are past things. We have to understand with pardon and peace. History followed another way.
